As Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Trovato Group, Al has over twenty-five years of corporate human resource management, executive consulting & recruiting experience. He has focused exclusively on recruiting service to the real estate industry since 1998 and works closely with staff on each Trovato Group search assignment to assure the best possible service and results are provided to our Clients.
Al has exceptional real estate industry experience including managing a privately held real estate development and management Company, an additional ten years experience working for a real estate development and management Company, and owns and manages a mixed portfolio of real estate assets. Al also is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Real Estate Broker License eligible in the State of Wisconsin. It is this type of industry commitment, hands-on experience and knowledge that sets him apart from others within the executive search industry.
Al is very highly regarded among clients nationally for his knowledge, professionalism, and ability to identify and place real estate industry professionals who can provide an immediate performance impact. Candidates seek his guidance on career development matters trusting in his advice and confidentiality. Highly skilled and experienced in organizational development issues like position description, employee selection, behavioral interviewing, top grading, assessing personal attributes, compensation and performance management.
Al completed his PH.D from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds both a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts from Northern Illinois University in De Kalb, IL. He is active in professional associations such as International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Urban Land Institute, and National Multi-Housing Council and regularly participates in national committees, meetings and conferences.
As Managing Director, Tamara has responsibility for Trovato Group services and the full execution of executive search process with an emphasis on client account management and satisfaction. She is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of executive search, marketing, and business development and corporate recruiting experience. Her combination of corporate and consulting experience allows her to understand the unique needs of our Clients and provide unmatched service.
Tamara was trained in 1999 at one the most highly acclaimed national recruitment firms in the US. Since then, she has maintained a solid record of delivering results where she successfully and expertly placed candidates within the Real Estate and Information Technology industries. Tamara’s Trovato Group Clients include private and public owner-developers, corporate real estate, third party service firms, and financial service firms across the United States and internationally. She possesses experience and expertise in working with Clients providing retail, office, multifamily and industrial development, management and financing.
Tamara’s effectiveness as a search consultant is based in her ability to establish strong relationships with C-level officers and industry professionals. Her expertise and experience provides a unique combination of skills and abilities to deliver the most talented professionals to her clients while directly assisting professionals she represents in achieving their career aspirations. Over the years Tamara has earned the reputation of being a respected, reliable and trusted business professional.

As Director for Trovato Group, Angela Lazaridis operates our southeast office located in Tampa, FL. Angela provides executive search services nationally and has been highly successful in placing top level executives in a variety of disciplines including Commercial and Multifamily Development, Acquisitions, Property Management, Construction and Marketing. Her marketing expertise provides a foundation for exceptional representation of clients’ interests and career opportunities within the industry. She has tremendous abilities and track record of sourcing, screening and presenting only the most qualified professionals to her clients.
Angela attended the University of Illinois at Chicago where she received her Master of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Marketing & Management. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a Marketing Major from the University of Minnesota. She grew-up in a real estate family and has not only been exposed to the business side but has had hands-on experience in rental turn over, maintenance, tenant relations and leasing. Prior to joining the team at Trovato Group she was a Marketing Specialist for Fortress Technologies, a high-tech company in Tampa, FL where she did extensive research and marketing communications. Angela was also instrumental in the design and development of the Trovato Group web site.
Gina is the Corporate Marketing and Research Coordinator for Trovato Group within our Midwest corporate office. She is an integral part of our service team assuring timely response to client needs and maintaining contact and relationships with industry professionals.
Gina continually researches real estate firms to identify companies that might need or benefit from our service nationally and across asset types (office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and single family). Gina coordinates and develops new business opportunities through this research and ongoing contacts to decision makers within our current and potential client companies. Gina also contributes directly in developing marketing materials to increase the awareness of services in the existing market.
Gina also researches and keeps abreast of those who excel within the real estate industry and assists in our overall efforts to establish professional relationships with industry leaders. Gina has exceptional ability to research, identify and screen industry professionals to ensure they standout from others and are the best available candidates to meet the need of our clients.
Gina’s attention to detail, self motivation, and organizational skills are a benefit in creating leads, following up and screening candidates and coordinating client services. Through her past experiences and professions Gina has an unmatched ability to establish and maintain long term relationships. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota.
